Same great sound you expect from Bose. Right out of the box I was a bit frustrated by the instruction pamphlet. I had more success figuring things out on my own. Next, I attempted to change the earpieces to the smaller set right away. Not easy to figure out initially, and added to my frustration, but it only goes one way (suggestion:change each ear piece separately. If you take both off, It’s rather confusing figuring out which side goes on which way). The pros are: great sound, nice range throughout my home, comfortable to wear for several hours, and easy to connect with my bluetooth devices. There is also an app that can be installed but isn’t necessary. (I installed it but never used it). Cons are: short charging cord, unclear instructions, the volume control on the headset stopped working after one week of continuous use. (I did not contact customer service because it wasn’t that important to me, I used the volume on my iPod instead) I am disabled, so I do not exercise or move around much. The earpieces did not slip out, but do not feel very secure while walking around my home. Overall they are comfortable to wear all day and have that incredible sound Bose is known for.
I loved testing these! I’ve never had a pair of Bluetooth headphone but always wanted some so I leaped at the chance to test a pair.
These are very simple to use! You just hold the button down on the right side of the headset to turn it on. Then go to your phones Bluetooth settings to connect them. You can just insert them into your ear but I seem to get a better fit when it twist them forward as I put them in. They state that they are engineered to stay with you and out of your way and I completely agree with that statement. I do Beachbody workouts and can listen to music while I’m doing them because I’ve done it before and know what to expect. These headphones are amazing they don’t move a bit while I’m doing jumping jacks, crunches, jogging in place, and other exceries where a lot of movement is involved.
The sound quality is remarkable… When you are listening to music with Bass it comes through nicely on the headphones.
My favorite feature is that the headphones will tell you the battery percentage if you have them inserted when you turn them on. It is much nicer to know this then having to guess and have them be dead when you go to use them. I have never had headphones that have relayed this information and I saves you from having to guess. I used them for about a half hour each time and got about 10 uses out of them before I had to charge them.
I’m not sure what the Bluetooth distance is rated at but I was able to use them throughout my entire main floor of my house. It works fine through walls even. I was nice not having to carry my phone along.

just didn’t last. these headphone, great sound, get in the ear. But they do not last, these headphones are falling apart and I’m not treating them badly, I use them all my waking hours, the BOSE logo fell out somewhere, the rubber covering is falling off, falling off, the covering has expanded and is falling off, the on/off switch is connected to the ruler cover and is now broken
Very Disappointing! I bought a pair from an airport on November, loved them at first as they have great sound quality and will stay on while doing intense workouts.
But after only 3 – 4 months they started falling apart, the rubber around the buds came off and the power flap do not fit anymore, i was very disappointed with the quality.

Pro: The bluetooth function is very easy to set up and turn on. It reaches very far. Connection is 99% uninterrupted.
Con: Sometimes it will weirdly lag on waking up and connecting, but that is fairly infrequent.
3. BATTERY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pro: The battery life on these things are UH-mazing! Lasts so long. Doesn’t take long to charge back up.
Con: Nope!
4. STAYHEAR+ SPORT TIPS/EARBUD NODULES ⭐️⭐️
Pro: The technology being in the ears is pretty cool and innovative. It’s dope to have a cable that isn’t bulky or to not have to deal with an additional device you have to keep up with and clip to your clothes. And the nodules are very light. But…
Con: Unfortunately, having the tech in the ears is a bit of a double-edged sword.
Possibly the biggest disappointment with this set are the StayHear+ Sport Tips. I’ve been an avid Bose earbuds owner for years now because the StayHear+ Tips. They fit my ears so perfectly AND comfortably. And there’s no one else out there making these earbuds with this sound. I transitioned from the regular Soundsport in-ears to the bluetooth because I upgraded my iPhone which, of course, no longer has an aux port. I was so disappointed to find that these StayHears slip out of my ears at the hint of physical exertion. ESPECIALLY, when these headphones are touted as being designed for sports activity and being sweat proof/water resistant. When I sweat, they do not stay in AT ALL. It’s not even some-timey. The moment moisture comes into play, these are actually 100% useless to me. Major fail. I’m not sure if it’s because of the weight of the earbuds that has ruined the Stay-ness of the tips or if they’ve just changed the design of the StayHears. I’ve tried all of the different sizes, none of them stay in.
And while it’s innovative to have all the technology in the actual earbuds, it makes the earbuds pretty big and bulky. They stick out nearly an inch from my ears. It’s not a discreet look, I’ve accidentally knocked them out, and they’re frankly not very attractive…kinda makes me look like MAC from ‘Mac n Me’.
They also get pretty uncomfortable after extended wear. My ears start to feel sore. A problem I never had before with the original in-ears. But I can listen to music for a really long time, so this may not be a problem for others.
Additionally, I loved sleeping with my old in-ears. I listen to music through the night, it helps me sleep. I don’t sleep on my back, so I can’t do that with these because they’re so bulky.
If they figure out how to turn those Sleepbuds into full blown bluetooth earphones I can play my own music through, I will take out a second danged mortgage to buy ’em if I have to! I almost had a happy stroke when I saw those, because I thought “Oh snap! They figured it out!!” But alas…not quite. Hopefully, those buds are indeed a sign of what’s to come.
5. CABLE CLIP ⭐️
Pro: Umm…I mean, it clips. It holds pretty strong.
Con: I am a bit perturbed by the little clip that comes with the headphones. It’s this simple little cheap clip that can very easily pull off and get lost. And I have lost it. Had to get it replaced. I keep up with my stuff very well, but even this thing is asking too much of a human being. It’s super teeny and it just grips the cable with this open clamp. So if it gets snagged or pulled off, you could easily never know it. You won’t feel it, you won’t hear it, it’ll just be gone without a trace. Without having a secure clip, this puts me at potential risk of losing the actual headphones. I just feel like for a set of headphones this expensive there should be a more secure clip to go with it. Why not provide a 360º clip-that can clamp around the cable completely?
6. HOUSING ⭐️⭐️
Pro: The texture is smooth and easy to clean.
Con: After 10 months of use, the rubber housing around the earbuds are coming apart. Not tearing, but pulling from the plastic. I do intend to contact Bose about it and see if there’s anything that can be done, but, that has been a bit of a disappointment given how well I take care of them. When they’re not in my ears, they’re in the case charging.
** CONNECT APP ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Pro: The app is a cool idea and definitely helps me toggle between my multiple devices.
Con: The Find My Buds feature doesn’t work with these, which is whack.
All in all, for the cost, because of the poor Stay-ness and total lack of sweat resistance, I wouldn’t be able to justify purchasing these again after their end-of-life. But hopefully, given how well I take care of them, I’ll have had them long enough for Bose to significantly improve on those Sleepbuds! Cuz, that’s what I need! But I need to play my own music. Until then I shall dream.
FINAL NOTE: I’d be remiss if I didn’t say clearly that despite the significant cons, they do their functional job very well: they play music, they sound spectacular, and the bluetooth tech is pretty darn seamless. This is the reason for my 3 star rating.
Very poor quality. I had this less than a year and the rubber of the earphones began to detach from the plastic frame, so the humidity can enter the earphones, it will be a matter of time for them to finish working. The same happens with the buttons on the mic/volume dispositive, and now I can not lower the volume directly from the headphones.
I invested in these headphones considering the quality of Bose, and while the sound is excellent and the concept very good, the headphones ended up being a big disappointment. Two weeks ago the badges of each headset with the Bose logo were peeled off.
And not to mention the clip, it lasted a month.
Product for nothing recommended, it is supposed to be manufactured to withstand the stress of use for sport but the quality of the materials is far from making them suitable for this type of use.
Falls apart. The volume button casing has come loose and doesn’t line up with the up/down/pause button anymore, the outside casing for the earbuds has come nearly completely off on the power/plug side, which means the plastic tab that you press to power on has been lost, so I have to use my fingernail push the on/off. Extremely disappointed.
Bose Sound Sport Wireless headphones. I got these to sample for a company online.. They come in a nice box.. when you open the box up everything is packed on the right side.. the buds are in their own case, the usb jack is underneath with the carrying case & extra pair of buds which i swapped off to a smaller pair ..
1st. i charged up the buds via usb to my laptop.. and after that i downloaded the Bose Connect App to my cell. and then the app had to update itself.. It didn’t take long for the buds to get charged up.
2nd I ported the buds to my LG Cell phone.. followed the instructions and got my music track turned on.. but.. i could barely hear my own music
3rd.. In my opinion, the sound quality sucks.. how do i know this? i compared this product to my own ear buds i was using daily to listen to full length music on my cell. I like my music LOUD. with the Bose buds i couldn’t hear anything it was like a #3 on my cell. volume. i wasn’t happy at all.. ..
4th The ear buds felt comfortable, ease of use was abit confusing but i managed to read thru the instructions with no issues, this is very durable, appearance & design is fine & comfort is okay..

I was initially very dissappointed as these headphones stopped charging and turning on soon after I bought them. I shipped them back to Bose and they processed my return for a new pair very quickly. They had them shipped out to me in 2 days after they received the defective pair. To make it even better, Bose gave me a brand new pair and not a set of refurbished headphones like I was expecting. The customer service that I received was second to none and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. The headphones sound great and I was treated extremely well. I will certainly be buying more from Bose in the future!!
Great product. This is an amazing speaker it’s not like those cheap speakers this is basically a whole surround sound in one tube it’s got great sound and I love it it’s perfect for listening inside or outside by the pool or wherever it’s waterproof which is a plus if you have kids or you’re clumsy it’s easy to set up and it has a handle to help it become even more portable than it already is you get 17 hours of playtime and charging is so simple I would definitely recommend this speaker it’s worth it
Perfect. The Bose soundlink revolve 11 is absolutely amazing, it only took a few minutes out of the box and I was listening to my music. The sound clarity is perfect, it’s loud and you can even answer phone calls through it. The speaker itself is small, but when you turn up the volume it sounds better than alot of bigger speakers. I’m going to be using this every weekend for my parties, the best thing is that you can take it anywhere with you. The sound is amazing and it’s the perfect speaker for any occasion.
small but powerful. This is a solid speaker that is well constructed and the sound quality is great! The sound it creates fills the room and has plenty of depth & bass.
Other than sound quality, here are a couple other features I like:
– You can connect the speaker to two Bluetooth-enabled devices at the same time (to, say, an iPhone and an iPad). Note this does not mean you can stream content to the speaker from two devices at the same time. It just means you do not need to disconnect one device when you want to use the other device.

AWESOME. Many years ago, we invested in a BOSE surround sound system consisting of a big woofer with cubes mounted on sticks positioned around one room. Now, in 2021 this SoundLINK Revolve+ sounds just as good (if not better). It has the added benefit of being waterproof and extremely portable.
I love that I can hang it on our curtain rod mounted across from our OLED. The speaker floods our front room with crystal clear sound, instantly transforming it into an impressive home theatre. When my husband and I are ready to go to bed, all I have to do is unhook the speaker and take it with us to hang in the bedroom (we have similar set-up where curtain rods are also across from another TV).
I also discovered that the bottom of the speaker allows me to screw in an old attachment to my tripod. This provides me with with yet another option when placing this speaker anywhere indoors or out.
The app is pretty straightforward and we were able to use it without setting up an account. I appreciate that I didn’t have to provide my email.
I’m in love! I knew from the moment I picked up the Bose soundlink 2 box, I felt the Bose high-class quality that everyone has come to trust and rely on. The build of this small vase-like 360degree sound speaker has a solid weight to it, and the sound is just buttery and fluid. From the trebles to the bases it is crystal clear and full sounding. This was so easy and straightforward to set up- you don’t need to be an electronics wizard to get it going. You do need to be somewhat familiar with Bluetooth and setting that up, which most people are these days. I turned it on and had my iPhone connected and playing music within a minute. Then the kicker was when I hooked up my smart tv for surround sound- and I was in love!! So wonderful to have that capability and not have a bunch of speakers cluttering up my room. This speaker packs quite a punch! The battery life seems pretty good. I’ve been running my speaker for hours at a time with no worries. But I put it on the charger before it gets too low. Having the portability is huge too for me- take this camping, to romantic picnics, parties, anywhere you’d enjoy music. Also use it to play a movie and have great sound for the kiddos! Endless possibilities! If you want a portable speaker that’s got a huge and impressive presence, buy Bose. You can’t and go wrong. Highly recommend it.
Best bluetooth speaker I have owned. This Bose bluetooth speaker is awesome! It has great highs and lows. Even when listening to MP3s I’m hearing things, like cymbals, for the first time in songs I’ve listened to for years in my car & other bluetooth speakers. The bass is amazing too! No distortion.
It’s super portable. I bring it with me as I move around the house doing projects. Or if I’m hanging in my favorite room just jamming out. I can’t believe how good it sounds even at loud volume. Every other bluetooth speaker I’ve had distorts long before reaching the volume levels this Bose speaker reaches. In fact, it might sound better at louder volumes.
It’s super easy to use. Just link it to your bluetooth source & get ready to rock. The battery life is also great. I’ve yet to run the battery down from a full charge. That’s not anything I can say about other bluetooth speakers I’ve had.
It has a threaded hole on the bottom for mounting to anything with a 1/4-20 bolt. It also has contacts on the bottom to allow you to charge it using the Bose charger base (sold separately). I’m considering getting the charger base, though it lasts so long on a charge, not sure it’s necessary.
Good Speaker. I needed to play music and that would blow up my speakers off my laptop, phone, etc. This speaker is a great fit. I was able to get it as high of a volume as I wanted without getting yelled at. A fair warning though this speaker doesn’t come with a separate charging device which means the only way to charge it was hook it up to laptop and have Bluetooth on once I turned Bluetooth off the device stopped telling me how much of a charge the device was. For the price of the speaker it should have come with a separate charging device so you don’t have to hook it up to a computer/laptop in order to charge and have Bluetooth on while charging. Just to let everyone know it is all commonsense when using the speaker but there are questions that will never be answered since it isn’t written down and no one to ask. If charging when not using Bluetooth I wasn’t able to hear anything on my laptop with this speaker attached so again a separate charger is needed that doesn’t come with this speaker. For the price of the speaker it shows a picture of being waterproof but not about to see since I don’t want to destroy it. All in all it is a good speaker for phone use but can’t seem to hook it up to another Bluetooth capable device.
Jaw-dropping sound! I have to say that I am so glad I decided to get this awesome portable bluetooth speaker from Bose. When I first started using it to listen to music my jaw literally dropped! I couldn’t beleive how loud and clear my music was coming out with this speaker.
Setting up the speaker was super easy and I love the voice prompts that help you through pairing a device. There’s also a free app that unlocks features and updates.
I personally thought I was just going to use it to bring along with me while cleaning my home but its great for so much more. Having the flexible handle comes in handy to just grab and go to take along while cleaning, camping, throwing an outdoor get together or a lot of other activities especially since its dust and water resistant!
With the built-in speakerphone I can now talk to others that call me and don’t have to hold the phone up to my ear and continue to keep doing what I’m doing without having to be tied to the phone.

Portable with Superior Sound . The Bose SoundLink Revolve+ Series II Portable Bluetooth Speaker is a compact speaker with a powerful sound. I was able to pair this speaker in a matter of seconds, just turn it on and search for Bose Revolve+ II and connect. It was that easy. The top of the speaker and buttons are covered with a smooth rubber coating, making it comfortable to press the buttons. There are six buttons located on the top of the speaker. There is an on/off button. When you press it, it will talk to you and tell you your battery level and when you are connected to your device. A battery light will also light up under the power button when first powered on, to let you know if it is fully charged, at medium strength or needs to be charged. There are many different languages that you can choose from. There is a volume up and a volume down button. A pairing/Bluetooth button. An action button with a built in mic to answer calls or use Siri or Google Now. You also use this button when your music is playing to pause, play or skip forward or backward. The last button is for AUX or USB. There are two ports located on the bottom backside of the speaker for either USB or AUX, in case you want to hard-wire the speaker. Another great feature is that this speaker has a built in mounting base on the bottom, in case you want to place it on a tripod. It is water and dust resistant and is extremely durable. The battery life is very good. It took me about 4 hours to charge from completely dead to full power and lasted about 15 hours. Not only does this speaker have a premium look and feel it also has superior 360 degree sound. If you choose, there is an APP that you can download that will help you link additional Bose Revolve+ Series II speakers together as well as check on your battery life. The speaker has a fabric handle that is comfortable to carry, making it portable to take with you anywhere you go.
Amazing Sound Quality!!! Sensational!! I was so impressed with the Bose SoundLink Revolve + Series II Bluetooth Speaker I received. This speaker is the perfect portable size. It measured 7.25″ (H) x 4.13″ (w) x 4.13″ (D). It comes with USB cable and adapter. The Bose speaker was very easy to set up. It took me a few minutes and connected to Bluetooth right away. The Bose connect App also was simple to install and gave me access to a variety of options this speaker has to offer. I used this speaker when I was cleaning my house and the sound quality is amazing!! The audio is loud and clear. The 360 surround sound design made it feel like I was at a concert in my house. I really like the matte black color and the sleek simple design of this speaker. I also like the woven handle for easy carrying. The Bose Bluetooth speaker is also water resistant. My children used it by the pool and splashed water on it. It still worked just as wonderful. My favorite feature about this speaker is it plays up to 17 hours of music. Less charging makes it so convenient to use at my family birthday parties. Best Speaker ever!! I highly recommend.
Superior sound, superior quality. This is not the first portable Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned, but the Bose SoundLink Revolve+ is by far superior to them all. I have a large backyard and do a lot of entertaining in the summer months and music is always a part of our gatherings. With the Bose Soundlink, no matter where anyone is located in the yard, everyone can hear the music (even my neighbors, which may not be great for them). You do NOT need the app to run the speaker; you can simply connect it to your phone’s Bluetooth and play any music app you love. Your phone volume controls can control the sound coming from the speaker. On the flip side, if you do not have your phone near you, but you have the SoundLink nearby, you can answer phone calls from the speaker. You push a button on the top to answer the call, and since there is a built in microphone, you can speak directly into it and communicate with the person calling you. This is such a great feature for me by the pool because I do not want my cell phone to over heat in the sun, so having this feature is helpful so I do not miss any important calls. The battery life is great; lasts ALL day when fully charged, it is water proof so if someone splashes it with water while swimming, it’s fine and the handle and it’s light weight make it super easy to transport anywhere. I was VERY impressed with how incredibly loud this little speaker can get; even at it’s loudest, the sound quality is not compromised and you can clearly hear the lyrics. I not only use this speaker for entertaining in my yard, I use it in my house while cleaning, so no matter where I am in the house, I can hear my favorite music. PLUS if you do download the app, you can use it to pair this speaker with other Bluetooth devices so you can have the music playing in several areas at once. I highly recommend this speaker for the superior quality, sound, pairing abilities, portability, long battery life and ease of use.
Great sounding speaker 4.5 stars. This speaker includes the instructions, a thank you card, and a micro-USB charging cable (approximately 36 inches long). The included instructions are a bit sparse, in my opinion, and could use some more details on the functions and features of the speaker. There are online instructions within the app as well, but they are also a bit sparse in the details. I did manage to find on the Bose website, a better detailed manual that was more helpful than the app or the included instructions.
After plugging in and charging the speaker which took about 2 hours to fully charge, I downloaded the Bose Connect app. The app is a bit lacking as well and basically just gives the instructions for setup in the Apple App for my I-pad Pro. I also downloaded the android app for my Samsung S8 phone.
The app does give you the option or not to sign up for a Bose account. You can skip if you want or if you want to create later. Keep the box as the serial number for product registration and warranty is on that. I believe the serial number is on the bottom of the speaker too, but it is so small and hard to read, it is best to keep the box.
For some reason, I had a Bluetooth connection issue with my S8 that I didn’t have on the I-pad. My Samsung S8 phone could not initially find the speaker. It took several tries powering on and off and I still had issue getting a connection with the phone. The I-pad found the speaker with no issue. Maybe this was the stock firmware’s bug, I don’t know exactly.
I like the fact that you can connect up to 8 Bluetooth devices and two at one time, which is a must with all the tablets and phones that are in a typical household these days. The speakers Bluetooth range is roughly 30 feet, which is typical for most wireless speakers.
There was a firmware update immediately available for the speaker that I updated via the Apple app, which I assume is the main advantage of having the Bose app. It is very slow to update this initial firmware patch though and you cannot close the app until the update is complete. It took approximately 4 hours to prepare the firmware update and the app only shows a small circle with a piece of pie filling in very slowly, so it was difficult to tell what progress the update was making. How about a percentage update instead? I don’t know why it took so long to prepare the firmware as the actual update was less than a couple of minutes.
The app overall needs some work. Granted this is a relatively new version of their speaker, but some of the app and firmware issues should have been resolved prior to release. The Bose app cannot find or control music without starting a music app first, which again seems to defeat the purpose of using the Bose app. As well as the connection issue that I had with connecting a second device, in this case an Android one.
The speaker’s voice on initial setup sometimes was a bit hard to understand and speaks a bit too quickly.
Bose has always been known for their quality products and good sounding speakers. I do think they are a bit pricey though. I have had other brands of speakers like this, so I was definitely interested in comparing the sound and quality of a well-known brand versus others such as the Google home and other several other lesser-known brands. One big issue with the lesser-known brands is that they tend to last a shorter period of time than name brands. I appreciate that Bose has a 5-year warranty on this speaker, which speaks to the quality they put into their products.
I expect quality from Bose and this speaker doesn’t disappoint in that respect. This speaker has a stylish upright design, looks durably made and feels solid with some weight to it (around 2 pounds), but is still portable and easy to carry around. I do wish it had included a handle like the larger plus speaker does though. The top of the speaker has the +/- volume buttons, play/pause/answer/hang up button (multifunction), mode button, power button and Bluetooth button. The speaker lacks forward/back buttons and I am not sure why Bose did not combine the Bluetooth and mode button into one. The forward/back buttons have been combined into the Multifunction button, two presses for forward, three for back. That works well enough, but I personally would have preferred separate buttons. The included instructions nor the app explains any of the functions, I found this information on the Bose website.
The touch buttons are nicely spaced and easy to push and use. The power, mode, and Bluetooth buttons have LED lights indicating their status.
The bottom backside of the speaker stand has the micro-plug and an auxiliary port. The microphone is on the top in the middle of the buttons.
The bottom underside has a non-skid surface which keeps the speaker from sliding around. There is also what I presume is a screw mount and four metal connectors that I presume might be for wireless charging in future models. I say presume, but neither of those things are referenced in any instructions I found.
The speaker needs about 4 hours to fully charge and has approximately 13 hours of play time (which is excellent), depending on volume level. Pairing can be done via the standard Bluetooth way/NFC or connecting with an Aux cable. The speaker also has an auto-off feature that can be adjusted in the app to set the time of inactivity.
As I mentioned, for some reason I had an issue with pairing on my android phone. The app needs to be a bit more helpful in getting things set up. In the Apple app, it tells you to go to the settings of the tablet and connect, instead of doing it for you.
Bose has always excelled with providing speakers that sound as good as some that are much bigger. This speaker stands only 6 inches tall and roughly 2.75 inches in diameter at the bottom, but sounds like it is much bigger than it is. The speaker has a rich, deep sound with good bass. It gets plenty loud for its size. As far as a speaker of its size, this is one of the best sounding ones I have heard. Musically, the sound was very balanced and rich and full. I could not detect any distortion at higher volumes. With its design, it sounds like a full 360-degree speaker with great sound in all directions. The speaker’s phone call capability was clear and sounded good on both ends of the conversation.
The speaker is well built and feels like it could handle an accidental drop without an issue as well as having some protection from water and the elements. It will not however survive being submerged into water.
It also has the ability to link several of these speakers together, although that could get a bit pricy in my opinion as compared to regular full-size speakers.
This is a stylish looking speaker that has balanced, full rich sound with all the features you would expect from Bose. The app does need some work and there were some initial bugs in setup and the firmware updates. I, also, wished it had separated back/forward buttons and a carry handle, but the buttons do work well. This speaker has an outstanding 5-year warranty as well. It is pricey, but it is also a quality speaker with quality sound.

Bose speaker. In a very tiny package comes the crispy clear 360 degree sound. Bose SounkLink Revolve II is about 6 inches in height and slightly over 3 inches in diameter. Because of its 360 degree sound wave design, it should not be a problem to find a place to let it stand without taking up much space.
According to the manufacturer, the SounkLink Revolve speaker II is resistant not only to water but dust too. Because of that, it is ideal for a sunny beach or pool area as you will not have to worry if some water or sand will damage it. It is charged through a USB cable and once charged, the Bose speaker should be able to last up to 13 hours.
Another great feature is the Bose app. That allows it to be paired with Siri or Google Assistant from the speaker as there is a built in microphone you can use. With this feature, there are many possibilities such as ordering takeout food or even texting somebody right from the speaker itself. Even though the SounkLink Revolve speaker II is capable of playing at a very high volume, sometimes that may not be enough. That’s why Bose speakers can be paired with each other so that it can be louder and cover a larger area, such as for a party group.
It also comes in two color choices triple black and luxe silver according to Bose.
Great Sound Quality. I am so excited to try this Bose SoundLink Revolve+ Series II Portable Bluetooth Speaker out! Growing up, Bose has been a luxury and a very expensive brand to own, but I also know Bose has always been very well made and gives great sound quality from their speakers. I have to say, this Bose Portable Bluetooth Speaker is worth every penny. First off, I have to say setting up couldn’t be easier! Let me tell you, I didn’t even touch the user manual! I charged up the Bose speaker and then turned it on. The voice prompts and instructions walked me through the whole set up. Can’t get more simple than that. Now, for sound volume, this portable speaker can reach quite loud which I found very impressive. It definitely has a lot of bass to it, the sound quality is very good, but I cannot say it sounds perfect. Although it isn’t perfect, I still give it a high rating because I am reviewing it as a Portable Bluetooth Speaker, not a full blown home sound system. If this is a full home sound system, it would be a lot more expensive and I would expect a lot more out of it as well. For being a Portable Bluetooth Speaker, I say the sound quality is great! I enjoy bringing it outdoors to the back yard and I like that I can just easily bring it back into the kitchen to use. I also really appreciate that it can play up to 17 hours before needing to charge it again.
Amazing sound. The Bose Soundlink portable Bluetooth speaker is a great speaker. Comes with a charging cable. The charge lasts a very long time, 12 hours. The sound that comes from this speaker is so clear. It’s waterproof, so safe for pool parties. It’s lightweight. Can easily connect to a cellphone. I can find no negatives to add. I would definitely recommend to others.
Who needs a DJ. Wow the Sound out of this is crazy!!! Love it!!! This is loud enough to cover my entire backyard and not even on high volume. The app works great to adjust settings and for syncing. I played some classic Beastie Boys. Intergalactic is absolutely amazing on this speaker!! Can not wait to take it to the beach and drown out all the crappy music playing near by. This could even replace a car stereo system for someone driving an old 80s Honda with a removable tape deck. This thing would be so much better. Love Love Love it. Super easy to use!! Hope my kids don’t hide it from me!!
Deep clean sound. This little speaker picks a punch! Upon opening it I was impressed with how solid and heavy it feels in my hand. I downloaded the app that can control the settings and updates, which was great to have a screen to see how to utilize all the settings. I have a JBL flip 4 I bring to work and I compared the sound of the two. The Bose has so much more bass and sounds so clear, the JBL is great but I can tell theres a difference in the quality of sound. The only issue I had was when I tried to link the two speakers I wasn’t successful, tho I only tired once as it wasn’t necessary to I’ve both speakers bumpin in my room! I’m proud to say that it drowned out my brothers tv in the other room while I was watching YouTube and using the speaker, to the point where he heard my show over his own while in his room. It looks great on my nightstand, very sleek and takes up minimal space. I with the 3hr sleep timer set I’ve only had to charge about once a week and I have been using it nightly. Very happy with this speaker
Great quality sound. I know Bose makes a good product, so I was excited to try this speaker. I like to work outside so having a portable speaker only made sense. My ears are too small to use earbuds. So, when this arrived, I charged it for about 2 hours. It was at 100 percent when I checked on it. It was easy to set up using my phone. You will need to download the Bose Connect app in order for this to work. You can then Bluetooth it to your mobile device and use any streaming service or your phones storage to play music. The sound is incredible. It almost sounds like a home movie theater. The bass on it is that good. For outside, it is decently loud, and you can hear it well up to about 100 to 150 feet. I was able to work in my front yard and hear it from my porch. Inside, full volume is too much. It will definitely fill the entire house with sound. I have connected it to my tablet, my laptop and to my phone with no issues. It even connects to my Alexa. I also noticed that it could connect to more than one device but will only play from one device at a time. It comes with a charging cable but no plug. It has a feature to sit on a charging cradle that is not included. The one thing about this device is that the charge does not really last very long with continued use. I also noticed that when I turned it off, it was at 40% and when I turned it back on the next day, it was at 1% and needed to be charged. I am not sure how it can lose charge being off, but it did. Other than that, this speaker is great. It has great sound, and the portability is a plus! I am very happy with this speaker.
It’s Bose! Wow, wow, wow, this is without a doubt one of the best speakers I own. It can be turned all the way up without losing quality. However if you like your neighbors you won’t turn it all the way up! The bose connect app works wonderfully. I just wish you could use the app to turn it on. If you want a quality speaker you can’t go wrong with this Bose speaker. You could even buy 2 and have a rocking party!
Bose Bluetooth speaker. This bose Bluetooth speaker has incredible sound! It is super easy to connect to and easy to take on the go. We use it at the house the pool, the beach, while camping, and at gatherings. Battery has a great charge and lasts for hours! Easy to charge and charges pretty quick. Even will work if you have it plugged in to charge. Great buy!!
Excellent sound quality… This is a great, compact size, portable bluetooth speaker. Small enough to take with you where ever you go. It measures approximately 7.5″ x 3.5″x 1.5″. It comes with the USB – type C charger, but not the wall charger/block. This speaker is waterproof, rust proof, and can be paired with other Bose speakers. Bluetooth connection was simple and quick. Literally took me less than a minute to connect my phone. I was surprised at how loud this portable speaker gets. I was able to listen to videos, my music, and actually have a conversation with my son! (And my son could hear me just fine). Basically anything I did on my phone came through my speaker. This speaker has great, clear sound with excellent bass. If I can figure out how to use a bluetooth speaker, anyone can. Also, I think this Bose would make a wonderful gift! I am 100% satisfied with my Bose Soundlink Flex and would recommend to anyone.
The best speaker around!!!!! This is an amazing high quality speaker. It has a clear, deep sound that is powerful enough to fill a room and loud enough for the outdoors. With PositionIQ technology, sound is optimized. With a silicone body and powder-coated steel grille this speaker is durable and can go anywhere you do. SoundLink Flex is waterproof, dustproof and has a long battery life (12 hours unplugged). This would be perfect around the pool, camping and just about anywhere.
High quality & great sounding speaker! I have owned a variety of Bluetooth speakers over the years and this speaker by Bose is absolutely amazing! Setting up this device was easy; I simply connected the speaker to my Bluetooth. I have had no issues with connectivity and the range is excellent. I also downloaded the Bose Connect app which will allow me to pair multiple speakers and keep my software updated. I am impressed with the sound quality of this speaker, it is awesome! The music sounds great, it is nice and clear! I love hosting parties at my home so I want to get a few more of these speakers to pair them together so not matter what area of the lawn you are in or what room of the house you are in, you will always be able to hear the music. Another great feature of this speaker is that it has built in microphone so you can take calls right from the speaker! The speaker itself has a powder-coated steel grille and a silicone body making it extremely durable. I love to go to the beach in the summer so I was elated that this speaker is waterproof and dust proof. No more worrying about getting sand or water in my speaker! This speaker also automatically adjusts no matter which way you hold it to ensure you always have the best sound no matter the position of the speaker. Another bonus is that this speaker has a utility loop so you can hang it from just about anywhere. Wish my TV could connect to it. This speaker is so good it made me hate all of my current headphones, TVs and Bluetooth speaker. I didn’t realize stuff could sound that good coming from a speaker! Okay, this sounds fake. You know (or can you imagine) what it’d be like when you finally eat a bowl of pasta in Italy? Then all of a sudden you’re back home wondering why your name brand box spaghetti and jar sauce all tastes like cardboard and tomato soup for kids? Can you tell it’s my first Bose product? That’s what this does to you. I’m not great with tech and it’s so easy to connect and use. I first connected a podcast even and it had me hooked! Music? Flawless. Even watched a show connected. I love it’s shock resistant when I bring it camping. Just a perfect speaker!

Easy to pair with your devices this speaker easily connects and provides warm clear sound. I had no problem with charging, set up and connection to my IPhone and android devices. The charge lasts easily a week even with steady play every day. I have a few other Bose speakers and this one is easily my favorite due to its size, charge and ability to pair with my other Bose speaker.
A good Bose speaker choice.
It’s a Bose….should I say more? We’ve bought Bluetooth speakers after Bluetooth speakers. They just don’t ever hold up very well. It’s time to quit messing around and get a Bose. The king of speakers. They haven’t slacked a bit over the years. They go above and beyond to make their items better than the rest. I highly recommend going to their website and watching the short video on this speaker. It’s rugged and can take a beating. Gets a little wet, no problem. This thing is made to be dropped and tossed around. And the sound, no comparison. We pulled out a couple other speakers we had and compared them. Well. No comparison. Bose has still got that clean and crisp sound we all love. The battery life is best in the business for this size speaker. It will last about 12 hours of continuous play. The bass is phenomenal and the treble is pure. My IPhone has no problem connecting to it. It has a great distance too. I can walk around my backyard with my phone and still here the speaker playing inside the house. Another great feature is that you can connect it to another Bose speaker and have numerous speakers spread out for extra sound. Bluetooth speakers are awesome and we all need one. This is a terrific investment.
Great portable speakers. I received this Bose portable speaker in order to provide an unbiased review of the product. The Bluetooth pairing was extremely easy to pair. As soon as I turned on the Bose speaker it said it was searching for device. I didn’t have to put in any codes or do anything special. It’s probably one of the easiest Bluetooth setups I’ve ever had to do. The sound is great, the fell of the speakers is a smooth material I’m not sure what it is. The speaker has a small fabric loop on it to help you carry it. Overall the speaker ls very attractive, great sounding, and appealing for anyone who listens to music on the go, whether outside or inside.
I love it! This Bose flex link Bluetooth speaker is great! Easy to pair up and works flawlessly every time! The sound is great, just what I’d expect from Bose. Crisp and clear with nice deep base. Although I haven’t tried it yet, it’s supposed to be water and weather proof. Dust proof as well. For use outdoor and even in the shower. Very happy with it and would absolutely recommend.

Premium Listening Experience! For me, Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are not just earbuds, but an immersive experience. When I put them on, I’m transported to my own personal concert Hall. The surround sound is so clear, so vibrant it makes me feel euphoric. I have a new neighbor that has a diesel truck and a midnight shift. With the noise cancellation capabilities of these ear buds, I no longer am aware of his work schedule. The barking dog of my neighbor on the other side of our house, can’t hear him. I can actually fall asleep and stay asleep. These buds successfully block out the sounds that disrupt my peace. I love them! They’re made so brilliantly and the corresponding app simple to use with great features. Ear buds play a quick tone when you place into your ear and lets you know if they are charged. Each bud is individually calibrated to your ears. There are 3 settings that you can change by touching the side of the ear piece. Aware…which allows you to hear normally while you listen. Emmersion… which is a complete listening experience, that blocks out background noise. Quiet mode…which blocks out and cancels background noise. Each setting is fabulous. You can take out an ear bud and everything pauses. Various ear tips are included for the perfect fit. Use the app for verification that you have a good seal. There is also a still and motion mode. I honestly can’t recommend these Bose Ear Buds enough. Incredible!
These sound amazing. These headphones have really good sound quality. I was surprised at how crisp and clear they sounded when I first heard them. It has a really clean sound and its satisfying to jam out with them. Theres an app to download to get extra options. You can mess with the equalizer and get it to your liking even more. Theres a sound canceling mode to really engulf in music. Also theres an aware mode to still hear whats going in around you. They’re really easy to set up and not many buttons. You can also take calls or use vouce assistant. I love that you can turn the volume up and down and change songs easily. They also fold and fit great in the case it comes with. You can also connect them with the included wire if you don’t have bluetooth. These are definitely my new favorite over the ear headphones.Jam with these if you love music.
Quality sound. I have not experienced such great sound quality from earbuds and I’ve tried multiple name brands but these have topped the list and they stay in my ears I have been unable to find a pair of earbuds that stay in my ears.
These are awesome! These headphones are the best sound quality and most comfortable headphones I’ve ever worn. The first time I used them, I was at chemo for 5 hours and wore them almost the whole time and they didn’t bother me at all. They really do cancel so much background noise. I finally don’t have to turn on closed captions while watching shows. The charge seems to last a long time, all of that use plus more at home has only taken it from 90% to 80%. The only bad thing I have to say about these is that I do have to fiddle with it a bit to get it back in the case (but not too bad), and I wish an instruction booklet came with it. It says to download the app for setup, which I did and setup was simple enough. But there are features I haven’t figured out yet that I’ll have to look up how to do (for instance it says you can toggle back and forth between two devices that are paired). I did have one glitch happen when connecting to my laptop (Surface) where it would only connect the mic, but a simple turn it off and on again resolved the problem. It connects seamlessly to my iPhone. I absolutely love these. They are great quality.
They work great. So these headphones work great. So first, I love that they come with their own carrying case. This helps to keep everything together. It comes with a charger cord but you will need to have your own adapter. It charged fast. It has a QR code that can be scan to download the app. I was very easy to use. I was able to connect it fast and easy to bluetooth to start using. It canceled out all the background noise. Very lightweight and portable. This headset has been so convenient for me while Im at the gym. Overall, it is a great product to use.
Perfect. I used to orefer earbuds but have recently started liking over the ear headphones more. They are definitely more comfortable and do way better at noise canceking. I love the color of these. They match anything I wear. Included is a case for them. They fold down smaller to fit in the case.
The headphones themselves fit my ears so well. The actual part that covers your ears is more oblong shaped so they fit the shape of ears so much better than round shaped ones. The cushioning on them is so soft as well. The noise canceling on these are perfect. They actually drown out other noises whether you have music playing or not. The bluetooth paired easily with my Samsung phone without any issues. And pairs flawlessly everytime I turn them back on to use again. The sound quality is great. The bass in songs actually sound good and lyrics are clear. Definitely recommend.
Best budget headphones Bose ever made. So I was looking for an upgrade from my Bose QC25’s and was really tired of losing dongles left %26 right so I thought time for an upgrade! I was deciding between nc700 for $299 at Best Buy or $349 from Walmart. So I took the risk with the more expensive ones and I wasn’t disappointed!
Bass was there but wasn’t over powered the mids and highs. The instrument separation is well done! And the custom equalizer was a great addition to the headphones.
Great sound and noise cancelation. I’ve never experienced noise canceling headphones quite like these before. The fact that I can even turn off the noise cancellation is even more unheard of for me! The headphones are lightweight, don’t feel like theyre smushing my head, and the sound is phenomenal. The headphones and app are extremely easy to set up and use. The best for staying focused while cleaning or studying
Superb! Love for listening. Wow! I’m truly amazed at how these babies work! First of all, they are very smooth, don’t fall out of my ears and I love that they are small so I can wear them discreetly. I have the off white – look creamy and white dreamy. I have never experienced noise cancellation like these beauties provide – wow! My go-to’s have always been the fruity ones if you catch my drift but these are just in another level of superior noise cancellation and and transparency listening. It’s almost like I’m blocking myself into another world and I can focus on what I’m doing without any noise distractions when I have cancellation on. The transparency almost sounds like I have an amplified, direct line into whatever/whoever I’m listening to. In the end, if I’m studying, want uninterrupted silence or want to chime in on a convo – it will be my Bose 10000%! They ARE compatible with IOS and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. I am now a believer and I HIGHLY recommend. My husband will be getting a white pair of these for his birthday from me – but don’t tell!!! 🙂
Can withstand children! So there’s pros and cons to these. I’ll start with cons, first off they make my ears so sweaty. I use them while cleaning and that makes you hot already. Second, I’m not a instructions type of person so I like to see how easy they can work without reading them, and they’re kinda confusing at first. You definitely need the instructions. Lastly, They’re kinda weird with all the ways they can move and be manipulated. Some people may love that. I like simpler things so for me it sucks. But the pros! They outweigh the cons! They have excellent sound! Great base, and they noise cancel. I used them while shampooing my floors I think at max volume they’d totally cancel it out but I personally like to hear it going just a little bit. Plus I don’t want to BLAST music directly in my ears. My son got ahold of them and took them outside where my dog tried to chew them a little bit, and some how they survived! Same sound zero issues! So they can withstand some stuff! Lol. He also popped one of the cushions off somehow and it was super easy to pop back on and didn’t even loosen to where it’d come off again. They also have this white noise type of setting that is super cool if you have an Autistic child.
The best sound! I got these headphones for myself but my family loved them so much that I barely ever have a chance to use them! They are so good! I’ve been a fan of Bose for quite a while, and absolutely love the sound in their speakers and headphones, we have multiple Bose products around the house. They truly make the best sound out there. I love that these headphones have noise canceling, my husband doesn’t really like noise canceling he says that it makes him have a headache after some time of using the headphones and I’m he is so happy that there is a switch on the headphones to turn on or off the noise canceling option. I on the other hand actually like the noise canceling options and how it cancels out all the background noise for me. Oh and the other awesome feature is that they work from bluetooth so no cords in the way. But it also includes a cord in case your device doesn’t have a bluetooth option which is perfect to use while flying. Definitely my favorite! And would recommend.

Best noise canceling headphones ever! I use headphones all the time when im doing yardwork or cleaning the house and these have been great for me. These headphones are noise canceling and probably one of the best ones I have ever tried. Once the headphones are one i can play a movie or listen to music and i cant hear a thing outside the headphones. The sound quakity is crystal hear and has great bass! Im truly impressed how great yhese heaphones are. They come with a carrying case to keep them safe while traveling. The headphones fold and turn to fit into the case with ease. I charge these headphones everynight before bed and they can last me up to 2 days after hourse of use throughout the day.

Bose Sets the Bar. Wow, these are impressive. Bose sets themselves apart with these new headphones. Bose is known for quality and these are no exception. One of the best releases in the series yet. The packaging is amazing and very appealing. Connecting them was straight and simple using the Bose Music app with a tutorial after they are connected. The sound is phenomenal with these with multiple options such as quiet, immersive and aware. These feel great on your head and stay in place. Comes with a charging cord and carry case as well. Multiple adjustments to fit a variety of head sizes. Music sounds incredible on these especially when listening to lossless audio. The noise cancelling on these is superb or if you select aware, you can hear the music and speak to other people. When powering them on, it will tell you what the battery percentage is of the headphones. I understand that these can be a luxury item but when you’re wanting the best, Bose is definitely the way to go. These feel and sound premium.
So nice! These headphones are a cut above the rest. I love that they come with various cords because in flight, you usually need a special headphone jack to be able to listen to the TV. These are super noise canceling and I love the carrying case they come with. Easy to connect to Bluetooth. Would highly recommend this product to anyone in the market looking for a comfortable pair.

Amazing sound quality. I have been wanting a set of Bose headphones for a long time and decided these were worth a shot. I’m blown away by the sound quality. There are 3 modes to use, quiet mode, aware mode, and immersive. The immersive mode is by far my favorite giving a fuller sound experience overall. They’re very lightweight and the battery lasts a long time too. I’m beyond thrilled and can’t see going back to any other brand after these.
Great ANC & Mic! These Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra headphones are amazing in every way! Comfort… check! Active noise canceling.. check! Good mic quality on calls and games… check! They connect seamlessly with my phone and laptop… and they come with a really nice storage/travel case. It is soft sided, but not flimsy. Overall, I would highly recommend these headphones for anyone interested in a full coverage over-the-ear fit.

Quality product and is light-weight!! These Bose headphones are very good quality. They are not white but more of an off-white, eggshell, or beige color. They are light in weight. Noticeably lighter than my Jabra headphones. The noise cancellinf works very well. You can only hear some feint noises. There are different sound profiles you can choose from such as noise cancelling or no noise cancelling. The controls will take me a bit to get used to. There is a ridge on 1 ear piece that you can slide to control sound. Overall its a very good product and worth the money.
Noise canceling technology with extreme comfort. If you’re looking to purchase true noise canceling headphones, these QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are the investment to make. They’re stylish, extremely comfortable and provide the immersive experience I’ve been searching for. The earcups literally hug my lobes and the adjustable headband does all of the proverbial heavy lifting to the point that I forget that I even have them on. One surprising function is that the headphones pause on their own when you remove them and continue play once you put them back on! The Bluetooth connection was a breeze via the Bose Music App and provides access to adjustable EQ settings. Beautiful headphones. This is my first trying to Bose headphones and I’m definitely impressed! These are beautifully designed when it comes to aesthetics and functionality. Even the carrying case itself looks really nice and expensive. They’re comfortable to wear and easily adjustable. Also form a perfect seal around the ears . Operation is very user friendly. Sound quality is great. I love wearing these to listen to audio dramas or podcasts and I can’t wait to travel with these!
Superb headphones! These headphones are beyond awesome! First off for is really good, they fit me with my big hair great, my husband, and my 14 year old. All of us have no issues using them.
They completely cover my ears which just really adds to the noise cancelling in my mind. The sound quality of them is superb, beyond anything I’ve ever used before. They fold up nice and small and fit in the case, easy to charge. Super convenient to use with Spotify. I really enjoy these headphones. Also they are very attractive looking.

Gift for my husband. I bought these for my husband as an early Christmas present, and he absolutely loves them. He said the sound quality is incredible and that unlike the Apple AirPods they’re not falling out of his ear anytime he moves his head. They look sleek and do exactly what they’re supposed to. I highly recommend these.

Amazing Performance. The noise canceling and immersive audio features are jaw-dropping. I was listening to music outside with my Quiet Comfort Ultras in “awareness” mode and I could faintly hear some birds and my neighbor’s lawn mower along with the music. The music was crystal clear with more bass than such tiny things should be able to generate. I decided to test the noise canceling feature in one of the immersive modes and as I changed modes, the mower and everything else completely disappeared. It was such a stark difference I could have been convinced that I lost my hearing, except for the fact that the music was still perfect. I turned “awareness” mode on and off a few more times while laughing at myself for having so much fun. Also, the “still” feature where the music stays in front of you when you turn your head is mind-boggling. They are also quite comfortable; I can wear them for about six hours before I start to notice them. I could not be happier (or more amazed) with these earbuds.
Outstanding Ear Buds from Bose. This is a very good ear buds from Bose. Another product that’s worth considering. I have a Bose earphones and headphones both have noice canceling features and I love it except that when they are nit go in the ears compared to the Ear Buds. The sound qualify is definitely better and the immersive features is superior.
these headphones are amazing! I have a lot of grass to cut and the noise canceling really does work! I can barely hear the engine running on the mower. I’m glad I spent the extra money because it was well worth it. check these ulta’s out, the thing’s they do amazes me, and controlled all from the Bose app
Just what I wanted and needed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my birthday, and, as always, Bose has come through with THE superior product. Quality bass, excellent stereo separation, extremely comfortable (I dislike putting things in my ear), plus I can wear them on a walk through neighborhood and not worry about being caught unaware by traffic.
Truly open air. Not what I really expected. Good quality, I just work in a noisy environment and the sound isn’t loud enough. I know, open air, it’s just a bit too much open air for me. I tried the quiet comforts first, and the phone calls were terrible. There is an open forum on the Bose platform about those. I returned them and, will be returning the open airs as well. I owned the Bose sports before and thought they were superior to these two. Sorry guys, trying the Sony XM5s next.

Good overall. I have been using these for a couple weeks. The sound quality is very good except I don’t hear or feel the bass. I’ve used it while working out and despite having sweaty ears they stayed on but did shift a lot. They don’t hurt after extended use. Connects quickly.
A must-not-buy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these ultra open earbuds and I’m really disappointed. The microphone is of poor quality; when on a call, people can barely hear you; you have to scream so they can listen to you. The connectivity with the iPhone is terrible; that’s the worst part: if you are on a call and lock your phone, it will automatically disconnect the earbuds. Also during calls you will notice that they will disconnect from time to time even if you keep your phone unlocked.
If you have an iPhone stay away from them, I can’t tell how they work with Android.
I regret owning them.

Great for small ears. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds after a few months of thinking about it. I have small ears so earbuds that fit are really hard to find. I’ve been using them daily at work and at home. I’ve taken them on a 2-week trip in South America and they worked perfectly. I love them so much I bought a pair for my mom. They last a long time in between charges and they fit very comfortably (I sometimes forget I have them on). Also, I value the fact that I can still be aware of my surroundings when I use them. The only cons I found for me specifically are related to the fact that they can sometimes slide out if my ears at the gym and that they can heat up a little depending on the temperature (both ambient temperature and my own body temperature).
Comfort and quality sound! This is such a great investment. The sound that Bose products produce is always excellent. I would say for those that are seeking a portable speaker that pushes clear sound, compact and easy to use this is it. For me quality sound over loudness. Don’t get me wrong these speakers do pack a punch but theres nothing like playing music and clearly hearing all the instuments playing. Such a sleek and simple design. Very happy with this product!
Very sorely disappointed. I bought this a month ago and am entirely unhappy with the sound quality, specifically with phone calls. The sound quality is good for music etc, but with phone calls it’s basically unusable..bad and distant sound and an intolerable echo. I spent a lot of time with Bose support without resolution..they offered a replacement set and were very clear, if the replacement set was unsatisfactory it would be unreplaceable and non refundable…all the wrong answers.
