Comfy. One of the best over ear headphones out there.
Love them. They came charged and clean. There wasn’t any dents/scratches or any indications that they were previously owned which means they’re probably new. They were tightly packaged but did come a day late… I think due to weather though. Overall I love them.
We have gotten four pairs! I liked the fact that they were shipped in an orderly fashion and I received them fast! You can tell they’re used by case but very minimal. Works as they should!

Great Sound Quality! So far I have been enjoying them, the sound quality definitely is much better than my 1 %26 2nd Generation AirPods. There is a difference on them I do like the design and all and the updates it has by being able to mute the call from the headphone itself. In my opinion this is just my opinion when I put them on, unfortunately it feels as my ear is to small so sometimes they’ll fall out of my ear not sure if others have had this experience, or my ear is just small or I have no clue regardless of that, they are comfortable they don’t hurt like I saw in other reviews, I have no negative feelings about them if you are truly into wanting to get an update, and are not a huge fan of the AirPods Pro. What the…!!!!! I received the Apple Airpod pro today. Opened the box and Lo and Behold- found out that the apple airpod pro box has been previously opened!!! Worst experience ever! Walmart delivered us an empty box without the product (AirPods). We wasted hours trying to get help from customer service at Walmart-online and from the store, all to no avail. They said because they delivered a box and the delivery person took a photo, there is nothing they could do. I never write reviews but with holidays approaching, I am worried about others losing money and products and companies not seeming to care.
Walmart stole my money!!! I was delivered an empty box. Spent hours on the phone with Walmart. At first they told me to call FedEx. And then they told me I have to call my financial institution. I called FedEx and they said that Walmart simply needs to file a claim with them, and that it will get paid and research. Chances are, since the box was repackaged at their facility, it was lost or stolen. Walmart hung up on me three times and has literally stolen hundreds of dollars from me.

You are able to hear that they are loud if you are listening from a 3rd person POV but their still good. They came untouched, no scratches, not dirty and no dents! Definitely recommend! Walmart scammed me. So tell me why I ordered this online and had them shipped the next day but when I got them and opened it the AirPods had already been used and damaged. The person at the return desk said they had different serial numbers so he wouldn’t even take them back! So now I have to call Walmart or Apple to see WTF.
Disgusting and dysfunctional. Don’t buy this unless you like to gamble. They are not professionally anything. They are not tested, and they are NOT cleaned. Mine did not come in a box or with a charger. The left one sounded like very loud static when AirPods were in transparency or noise cancellation mode. The case had gunk on it and the AirPods were very chipped up. I immediately returned them but am awaiting my refund. The Walmart customer service employee said the refurbished were really hit or miss.

Latest and greatest didn’t pay off. The ear piece is much larger and more oval than the originals. I used the gen 1/2 for many years and I loved them. My gen 1s broke so I was using my husbands gen 2 and I wanted to buy him new ones so I got these but they fall out of his ears when exercising and are not comfortable. His ears are definitely at least average sized. Much bigger than mine. I can barely get these in my ear at all. If I do then I am 100 percent honed into the fact that they are in my ears. The other gen’s were hardly noticeable. I do appreciate the sleeker design and better sound/battery life (gave the extra star for that) but I’ll be returning these and getting a new pair of gen 2’s. I’ve heard great things about the pros but my husband hates rubbery ends on headphones and they are not my preference either so that looks like the older model is the only option. My husband is not an Apple guy. But he loves their wireless headphones the best so it was really disappointing that these were so uncomfortable.

Scam. I received regular airpods 1st generation instead of the advertised apple airpods pro. They also came dirty and uncleaned, and not in original box. I paid 140 for used first generation airpods!
Puppy love. I’ve had the OG pods, 1st generation AirPod Pro’s that my dog ate 50% of. I’m selling a half set of AirPod Pros at the moment. But if you have an iPhone there’s no other choice for ear buds. The sound is amazing. So amazing I stopped using my spendy Bose headphones. They’re so comfortable you forget they’re in. I paid for the Apple Care because the price of the pods was so good.
Easy to connect . Great size… great price!! These items are very nice. I did reviews for a couple of months being that I have other Bluetooth earbuds including the beats. I want something that went in my ear versus over the ear because I wear glasses. I will wear the over the year when I’m working out or heavy movement. As I said, I did research for months and I also did price comparison because I wanted to get the best value simply because every time you buy one apple product another one comes out a couple of months later the second generation which is not the latest generation had the best reviews so I got them. Walmart had the best price hands-down. I’m very pleased and I was able to do a curbside pick up which made it easy to order and pick up. That’s why Walmart is my go to.
These things are very cute and can be very slippery and I can see them getting lost in my purse or me shuffling around in my purse looking for them or if I come to a stop falling on the ground or floor of the car. Good but terrible connectivity. I bought these from Walmart because they were cheaper than Apple and I trust them more than Amazon. The AirPods themselves work fine. ANC is great although some noise gets through, and Spatial Audio is also really nice. I’m really upset though about the connectivity of these AirPods. They work fine with my phone but that’s about it. It doesn’t work with my Xbox (although that’s understandable because Xbox uses their own form of Bluetooth). They don’t work with my kindle (but yet lower quality AirPods do). And they don’t work with the family tv. I basically spent $180 on a piece of plastic that only works with my phone. UNACCEPTABLE. (P.S. they don’t even fit that great)
Counterfeit Received – Buyer Beware. I ordered these AirPods from Walmart and had them delivered from my local store. They were in a sealed box and it looked genuine, but they would not connect to my iPhone. After contacting Apple for support, we determined the issue is that the product I had received was a counterfeit. The product had no serial number on it, felt very lightweight, and did not contain any plastic wrap around the AirPods case itself. It also dinged when the case would open unlike the real product and was listed as an unknown Bluetooth device “I5 Pro” – Walmart, check your supply chain. I’m not sure what happened to cause this, but I returned them as instructed by Apple support %26 informed the cashier what happened. I expected so much more from this retailer.
Nice! Worth the money. I love these earbuds more than I anticipated! They stay in my ears very easily which I was surprised (I purchased a pair of silicone pieces that go over these to function as the AirPod Pros ear tip feature just in case)
I mainly use them for phone conversations, and sometimes music. They do fall out once I become a little sweaty. I do not notice a difference in the sound quality between these and the air pod pros. I do miss the hang-up, button click feature on the arm %26 the silicone ear tips

No Refund on Packages Delivered to Wrong Address. I never received this product; unfortunately, FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Walmart wouldn’t refund because FedEx had delivered %26 told me to seek refund from my bank. My bank wouldn’t refund because I needed to seek refund from Walmart or carrier. FedEx wouldn’t refund because they have a contract with Walmart. So beware of ordering from Walmart. If products are wrongly delivered, it’s a complete loss for the customer. Received an Empty, Broken Envelope – No Resolution. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this order. Instead of receiving the item I paid for, I got an empty, broken envelope delivered to my door. My security camera captured the delivery man dropping off the damaged envelope, and the proof of delivery photo taken was too far away to clearly show the problem. I immediately contacted Walmart customer service and was told to bring the envelope to a local store for a refund. When I went to the store, they refused to process the return. This has been an upsetting experience. I trusted Walmart for my purchases, but I am extremely disappointed after this incident and the lack of resolution.
Far from “Like New”. The pair I received were not restored. They were sold as “like new” but were covered in scratches/scuffs and were dirty. When I paired them, they came up as “Precious’s AirPods Pro”. I feel like Precious may have swapped the like new ones with the beat up ones from their pocket. I will be returning these.
