Superb headphones! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are not the first wireless headphones I have had. I had 3 different types before and they all have failed miserably at being a great pair of headphones. One thing in particular about them all is that the battery life on all of them died very quickly. These however blew me away these have superior battery life. I can go a full day wearing these before the battery dies and needs to be charge. The clarity of the sound is amazing, they are perfect for when I’m at the gym. Pairing these with my phone was really easy too not confusing by any means. They actually paired to my phone the first time I turn them on, which was nice. For calls sometimes people tell me they can’t hear me clearly because of all the background noise but they are decent for phone conversations. The only other con is that I wish they had better ear tips, something like memory foam but other than that there are superb high quality headphones. I would 100% recommended these.

I was able to connect LG Tone to my phone in less than two minutes. They have retractable ear buds that are comfortable to wear. To retract the ear buds, pull lightly and they go back into place. I was able to use them for a little over three hours before they needed charged, and charging them took less than an hour. They have a great sound and volume. The sound in not muffled. LG Tone is great for listening to music or talking while driving. They are a must have accessory.

Great buy! These earbuds are fantastic. I am really pleased with these! The sound quality is just as good as my other expensive ear buds which I stopped using because of weight. These ear buds are light weight and fits well. Easy to set-up. After the initial connection, the next time you open the case, it will connect automatically if bluetooth is on. Battery life is great. Great sound and noise cancellation! I really only use headphones when I go for a run and when I travel, and I prefer earbuds over the on-ear or over-ear designs. I have struggled to find anything decent for running, and it when I did find something I liked, they tended to stop working after a month or so. I prefer wireless for the obvious reason…you don’t have to deal with the cord dangling everywhere and flopping around as you work out.
When I first opened the charging case, the earbuds size looked perfect for my ears. Once I put them in my ears, they fit very well and confortable.
I took them straight from the case and started using them….they came fully charged!
Setting them up took me a few minutes to figure out and connect them from my phone via Bluetooth as I do with any device.
In short, these are amazing. The sound is excellent…very deep bass, clear mid-range, and crisp highs. The sound separation is also incredible. It’s like have an orchestra in your ears.
As far as their longevity, time will tell. But for now, I am more than pleased with these earbuds and I highly recommend them. As I use them more, I will undoubtedly take advantage of them.

They do not distort when turned up very high. They look good on a professional person or a non-professional they are gray color. LG NP3 Tone is a performer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently reviewed the LG NP3 Tone and it was a great performer against my day-to-day activity. I spend time zooming from meeting to meeting due to working from home. I was able to try these out on my phone and laptop. I have a pretty busy work week and personal phone calls I get for my side jobs. In between, I spend time listening to Spotify and podcasts that pass my day while building software. I also noticed some differences from an older pair I have. The buttons on this Bluetooth are more defined and the power on and off is a lot easier than before. The surface is easy to grip even if your hands are wet. One thing I do miss is the device does not voice the battery level anymore. Overall they were able to keep up with everything I had to do. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

This is the first wireless headset I’ve owned with this design and I really love these! The fit is comfortable, feels flexible yet the quality is durable and solid. Good but not great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also own the LG HBS-1125 model which after a few years of use developed a split on one of the seams at the back of the neck. I wrapped that with electrical tape and they still work great by the way. I joined this campaign with the hope of this model being an updated or at least an equal or improved experience. They are missing the one feature I use extensively, the dedicated Google Assistant button. There’s just no easy one touch method of using voice commands with this that I can find so being tethered to my phone for initiating actions instead of just being able to tell this headset what I want is a disappointment. So while the sound quality is awesome I find I still revert to using my old model simply for the convenience of being truly hands free. Poor design. The Bluetooth connection of these was very easy and the sound was great! Unfortunately the design is very cheap, because the padding broke off after two weeks of use. The padding is held on by 3 very small weak plastic tabs which seems like a poor design.
3 pairs all died within 4 months. DONT. My third pair of these just broke. Won’t turn on. The two previous pairs, the left earbud died! All within 4 months. I just can’t buy this brand anymore. I’ve had multiple models of the LG tone headphones. I’ve loved every pair including this one. But sadly I have never had a reliable pair. After going through 3 pairs of this new model I sadly must part ways with LG. I still stand by my appliances ALL of which are LG, washer and dryer are 10 plus years old. Sadly, the headphones are all trash now.

Fire hazard! I just used these headphones on an airplane. It was my first time ever using them. I thought all was good but I arrived at my hotel and started to charge them up for the next day while I took a shower. When I got out of the shower I realized the outlet was burning and my charging cord that came with them had melted. I pulled it out from the outlet and then pulled out of the headphones. At that point the mini usb end also broke off. Definitely junk and scary junk at that.

I like that this headphones can be used Bluetooth or wired and no need to be charged to use them wired, the thing i didn’t like is that the audio is not so great it sounds a little muffled. I was surprised to see that they have colorful lightning. I bought them as my backup headphones. Overall they are ok for the price $16.99
Amazing battery life. I use this headset daily at the office for customer service phone calls.
A previous headset I had would get stuck in my hair while taking it off or resituating it on my head. That is not the case with this one. Comfortable on my head and easy to take on and off.
So far liking it! I use it daily for work and the most surprising feature is how fast it charges and how long the batter lasts. I usually charge this overnight and it’s all set for the next day, but there have been times I’ve forgotten. One time I used it to see how long it would last and it carried me through the next day as well. I’ve also let the battery run down just to see how long it would take to fully charge and it was about 10 minutes.
Holy battery life! I am super impressed by the battery life of this thing. I have had it turned on every day Monday-Friday roughly 10 hrs a day and I’m just now thinking it needs a recharge. It has made my life so much easier at work.

Good call quality but one bud has lower volume. Call quality is all good. I use this for my work calls (almost 4 to 5 hours a day). However, after couple of months of use I noticed a significant drop in the sound volume of the right bud (I cleaned the bud just in case, but found the issue persists). Planning to return.

Just as good as last pair! I do not like something in my ear. These blue tooth headphones are there when I need to take a call. Either on the road, working, or out in the garage. They are good on volume and sound as well. The retractable ear phones from neck device is another feature I have had before and like. When not in use they are not even noticable when wearing that I forget they are on me.

Good quality headset. Seem to work well and have good sound quality. They are a little bulkier than the previous models I have owned but by design. I do like the oversized volume and function buttons on the front of the band. The volume is loud and very clear sound. Overall well worth price.
Waisting money in this this product. I like the model since I have lost and damaged many from different brands and this one specifically suits me since the headphone cable is hidden and does not hang down.
The first one I bought blew me away and it took me more than a year to work.
But recently I have bought more of the same brand and they only last a month or less since they do not connect with the cell phone or the battery is failing and they do not charge.

Better sound and mic than any earbuds. These are definitely better that ear buds. The sound and external noise isolation was better, too. The important thig is that because these headsets are so light, they stay inside the ear much better and will not fall out as virtually all ear buds do. This comes of course at the expense of carrying a collar on your neck, but I did not find that collar to be too inconvenient. You might find that if you wear them overnight while sleeping, there will be a heightened risk of folding and damaging the wires if you toss and turn during the night. Otherwise definitely a better headset option than the dreaded earbuds. Oh, one more thing — the fact that the microphone is inside the collar, it captures the sound of your voice over the air and not through skin, bone, or whatever, and it does capture the sound much better than any of many earbuds that I tried.

ive purchased these wireless Bluetooth headphones many times in the past. i like them because it sits comfortably around my neck and doesnt slio off. However, i never experience it slipping out my ear Everytime. also, i use my headset all day the battery seems to stay at 60% at times and other times it goes below that. Otherwise, its a good headset for the price.
Works and Looks Great! The color I got was blue and black, and I absolutely love it! The sound isn’t bad, though it takes a little getting used to since I had different headphones before. The pads rest comfortably on my ears, though after a while, it can start to hurt. (Given an hour or so.) Audio comes through clear, and it has options to listen to FM, if you so choose, and an aux cord. Bluetooth connects easily and quickly, and I’ve had no complaints so far.
Unimpressed with what I received. The quality of sound is terrible. I didn’t expect them to be sound proof with the price of the product , but it’s like I’m not wearing headphones at all how clear I can hear other things. The ear muffs don’t fit snug to my ears either, possibly being the reason for poor sound proofing . There were scratches on them as well , and a beat up box, though this could be the carriers fault.

I bought 2 of these in a time frame of 60 days. the 1st stopped working and when I contacted seller via walmart, i found out that the seller looks like changed the name and now selling under a different seller name. Walmart has done nothing to resolve it. 2nd one I am returning as it is w/in 30 days. Walmart needs to check seller credentials before they are allowed to sell on site. Bad product. Bad seller.

Very good sound quality! The sound quaility is emaculet! Headphones are a little uncomfortable with glasses, but other than that they are comfortable. No delay on the Bluetooth connection, and the headphone jack functions normally. The FM radio feature does not work at all, but the lights look cool. Battry lasts a very long time! I have had them for a week now and using them daily I have only charged them once.
