I’m in an apartment and I get alerts so I watch Live from work which is mainly my daughter or the baby plundering through my room and makeup. Main reason i got it is because i came home one day and my back door was slightly opened i had only left for about 15 mins I believe it was my neighbors kids because my daughter heard them one day say lets go steal something (off my back porch) I love that i can talk through it also. awesome. use it for outside instead of inside to see which strays come up to eat my deceased grandma fed them so i am keeping it up and even though its not best quality it gives me good enough photos and video as well as constant alerts of whats going on from its viewing angle needs better support for mobile data it needs wifi to change camera setting from night to day and vice versa

I bought four of the Momentum Axel Wi-Fi cameras for security around my business, these cameras are absolutley great for the price, great picture and features, it has automatic alerts for motion and sound, it has two way communication, the internal storage is only for 24 hours but you can put a micro SD card in it. (Up to 128GB) You can set schedules for recording on motion and sound, you can also set up zones.

Not Reliable. I wanted to use it to watch my newborn puppies when I am away but its not reliable enough. Everytime I go to look at the view it take a long time to sync up. Remotely when I try to see that the puppies are ok it won’t load and i have to close the app and reload it several times.

The camera caught initial movement but then it quickly stops recording as soon as my door opens. It’s set up to watch my bedroom so it’s not the kind of situation that needs to involve the police. In fact the person or persons that are involved left items in my room rather than took items as far as i can deduce from the lack of footage. I’m disappointed in any case.

Works when it wants to not when you need it to. I’ve owned this camera for two years. At first the camera worked great, stayed connected, recorded daily, and could look at live view. Set up is a pain because it takes several tries to connect to WiFi. After a few months the sound quit working and it would record and live view when it wanted to I guess, which was never when I really needed it to. Very disappointed in Sennheiser’s lack of quality. Second worst wireless bud I’ve used, and I’m an audiophile. Can’t use the left bud independently. Never would have bought if I knew this. I’d expect independent operation for buds at this price point, but no. Very disappointed. Not the most robust, full sound. Used daily for a month and already having to contact Sennheiser to send in for repair, the right bud cuts out constantly. The silicon tips are terrible, none of the provided ones fit properly enough to actually do any proper noise cancelling. I wish I could just get my Sony 1000MX4s back. Those were a great earbud and worked awesome for 2 years.

Unfortunately, but all my previous tw1 and tw2 are dead on one earphone, however, I just can’t buy anything else because the sound is perfect, the software is almost perfect, and the case, oh my God, this fabric case, I just can’t tear myself away from it. I heard that tw4 is coming out soon, I will be one of the first to pre-order.

Wrong item sent. These cameras were refurbished and that was not stated in the description. I needed them to take on a flight to a family member as a gift and now don’t have them. I was instructed to return them to the company. Very disappointed.

Disappointing. I purchased this product 7 months ago and it worked greatly for around 5 months, out of nowhere the left earbud started producing an extremely loud high pitched sound that causes me to have to take out the earbud so it doesnt damage my hearing. And now the right earbud doesnt even work no matter what I try to do and the left earbud has the same sound problem except its way more ofter. Extremely disappointed coming from a supposedly high quality product. Do not recommend.

sound is great, but they hurt! maybe my dainty lady ears are not big enough, but these hurty ears even using the smallest atrachments.
also evertime I touch them to adjust them I end up invoking an unknown command and either muting myself mid-call or hanging up.

Bad product and service. It was a disappointment, first, the product was not working, second I was told that I had to wait until the product was in the hand of the producer for a refund.

Not charging, neither bud works…. Bought these in 2022, used them for 6 months, then they stopped connecting to anything, and now they don’t charge. The light on the charging case stays yellow, and that’s it. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Not their usual quality. 18 months of use on pair number 3. Absolutely subpar product from this company. Save your money and buy something else until they figure out the earbuds.
