Item not as described. Unsatisfactory. The item was sold as if new, but came in an open box with dust all over the earphones.
Do not buy. Item is listed like it is new, but they are not. They will come damaged in a beat up box, and they small awful.
If you have other apple products this is perfect! Love the noise cancelling aspect of it but a tad bit pricey!
Absolutely beautiful. Only thing I have to say was that I was very anxious for them to get here and when they finally did, and in only 2 days, I was just blown away.

It was pretty decent to get them….. I was happy to finally get them and from a relatable resources, I thought was wonderful too. I was disturbed when I discovered that there was no box and they were just placed in some plastic wrap. There were also hits to the one side that were not photographed. I didn’t really appreciate that but they still worked well for the most part. Honestly, they went out for sometime and k thought something was wrong but I’ll take the blame since j may not have done something write without having the accessories I normally would expect. I will go to same for everything else but they do exactly what was the purpose in the purchase.
I’ll get past the lack of photography over certain views but I do expect a bit more next time. Lastly, I am glad I did get some money back once I complained.

fraud. I saved for months to buy these for my daughters birthday. As soon as she cut the location on they were tracked and we were informes they had been stolen back in december, i went back and forth with the seller and walmart just to be told something like this couldn’t happen, but it did, first they wanted a police report, i didnt report them stolen so i didn’t have a police report the orginal owner did, then they told me to return them for a refund, im honestly not sure anybody even understand what was going on, all i know is im out $400 and have a broken hearted kid.
